What is Flettons One?
Our entry-level building inspection for homes you already own. A Flettons surveyor records the condition of the components throughout the building, and that record sets your home up in Flettons Plus.
Is it a survey for buying a home?
No. If you are buying, choose a Level 3 or Level 3+ survey, which also include 12 months of Flettons Plus.
What do I receive?
Your Flettons One report and 12 months of Flettons Plus, where you see the condition of each part of the home, what is due and your next steps, and can ask your surveyor a question.
What happens after 12 months?
Membership continues for £29 a year. We email you before it is due, and you choose whether to carry on.
Does the surveyor lift floors or move furniture?
No. The inspection is non-invasive: the surveyor looks at what can be seen and reached safely, and recommends a closer look where something needs it.
