Compare survey levels

Three levels of survey.
Choose the depth, not just the price.

The same RICS-regulated surveyors at every level. What changes is how deep the inspection goes, so match it to the property’s age, condition and alterations.

  • About two minutes
  • No obligation
  • Reports in approx. 10 to 14 working days
4.9 / 5 from 270+ reviews Fully insured Written by your surveyor, approx. 10–14 working days after inspection

Which is right for you

Which survey is
right for the property?

All three follow the RICS Home Survey Standard. The difference is depth, so match it to the property rather than the budget. Start with the address and we recommend the most suitable one.

For modern homes

Level 2: modern, conventional homes

For conventional, unaltered homes built from 1985 onwards in reasonable condition.

Construction is straightforward and no major alterations are apparent. A clear overview of condition with condition ratings of 1, 2 or 3 and practical next steps.

Fictional sample pages show the detailed narrative style: a photograph, a description, the implications and a recommended action for each element. They are selected pages, not a full survey, and never a client’s report.

Not a survey, but a surveyor’s expertise by your side

Flettons Omni™ is for the moments you want a little more clarity, such as a property viewing. It is a live inspection on a video call in the Flettons Plus app, our own app: you are at the property with your phone and the surveyor joins you for 30 or 60 minutes. Afterwards the surveyor writes up the Flettons Omni™ Report on the topics discussed. It is not a RICS Level 2 or Level 3 Home Survey and covers only what the camera shows. About Flettons Omni™
