Do you cover my area?
We survey across the UK, from London and the home counties to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. If you are unsure whether your property is covered, send us the address and we will confirm quickly.
How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We aim to respond as soon as possible.
What information do you need to give me a price?
Just the property address. The quote takes about two minutes online: we check coverage, confirm the property type and show every suitable survey with its price. Or tell us the address in your message and we will do it for you.
Can I speak to a surveyor directly?
Yes, once your report has been delivered. You can then book a call with the surveyor who inspected the property in the Flettons Plus app, for the time included with your survey: 10 minutes with a Level 2, 15 minutes with a Level 3 and 30 minutes with a Level 3+. Before then, our friendly customer service team will be happy to help with any questions you may have.
What are your opening hours?
Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Our phone lines and the voice assistant are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
