Scope. Flettons Omni™ is a remote inspection service, not a RICS Level 2 or Level 3 Home Survey. The surveyor assesses only what the camera shows, so it is subject to the limitations of video-based assessment. It does not include a valuation or investment advice.

Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel at any time before the video inspection starts. Flettons keeps 5% of the fee to cover arranging the appointment and refunds the rest. Once the inspection has started there is no refund. If the surveyor cannot attend, Flettons rebooks the inspection or refunds it in full.
